Folk Recruitment are supporting Global Technology Organisation in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager based across the North of England. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for all hires within a specific area of the organisation. In addition, you will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors to support in the delivery of the TA strategy across the Business.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Building trusted client relationships with key stakeholders across the specific function to establish needs, and advising on the best attraction strategies
- Management of all elements of the recruiting process; sourcing (using both internal and external channels including social media and existing networks), screening applications and interviewing
- Working with external suppliers for support with hard to fill roles, management of the PSL
- Assisting the wider HR team to provide a seamless onboarding experience to new starters
- Capturing Management Information to provide insight relating to market data, turnover, time to hire and retention rates, helping to forecast future hiring need
- Participation in a number of wider HR projects and initiatives relating to recruitment activity, such as the design of training modules for managers on all aspects of recruitment
- There is flexibility to work from home in this role, although in order to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders it is likely that you will work in the office 1 day per week as a minimum.
Previous experience of working within a Corporate environment is essential and any experience of working within a Professional Services environment would be highly desirable.
