fólk recruitment are currently partnering with an International FMCG organisation supporting with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. This is a newly created role and will work closely with the UK HR Director to support with the delivery of the HR Agenda within their East Yorkshire site. The role will be based in East Yorkshire with limited travel to other sites.
As the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group on a wide range of HR initiatives such as; generalist advice & policy support, HR project work, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment & selection, reward and learning & development.

As the ideal candidate you will have previously worked as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager ideally within a Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering or Logistics environment. In addition, it will be advantageous in your application if you are available at short notice.
