Fólk Recruitment is excited to be working with one of our long-standing FMCG clients in Sheffield as they look to appoint an experienced Reward Business Partner in a newly created role within the function, reporting to a supportive Head of Reward.

Working closely with the Reward, Recognition and Benefits team, you will take the lead on delivering all UK annual compensation activities including annual benefits renewal, bonus processing and pay reviews.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys acting as a true business partner, working closely with the Head of Reward to build strong relationships with the broader HR Business Partnering team so that they can provide their business leaders with expert guidance when it comes to all reward-related programmes and activities which will ensure that they attract, develop and retain the best talent in their space.

Do you have:

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

  • Able to effectively take complex data and translate it into a meaningful narrative to support effective business decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

We’re keen to speak to any Senior Reward Analysts or Reward Advisors who feel they’re ready to take a step up to a Reward Partner role or experienced Reward Partners simply looking for a new challenge. They have a collaborative and supportive culture & a Head of Reward who is passionate about developing people. You will have a lot of autonomy in the role and be treated with trust and respect.

This role will have a huge amount of stakeholder management so you must be confident in your technical ability and want to immerse yourself in the business. As well as building strong relationships with your HR peers, you will have the chance to work with the Head of Reward on initiatives that are influenced by senior managers and stakeholders at the MD level.

We’re looking for passionate, ambitious and hardworking individuals who are happy working 2 days per week in Sheffield and the rest of the week at home. They’re offering a generous salary, pension, bonus and 25 days holiday.
