Are you looking to take your first steps into a standalone management role, operating in a varied Recruitment role which has much more to it than standard recruitment delivery?
We are supporting a global business, based in Bradford, which is looking to increase its HR headcount with the addition of a dedicated Recruitment Manager. This role will play a critical role both in driving the talent attraction strategy as well as helping deliver the UK business' ambitious and exciting People Strategy.
The role will take full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of all roles across head office functions and operations as well as leading a number of critical projects relating to employer brand, onboarding & succession planning.
Due to the need to respond quickly to potential candidates, our client is looking to hire somebody who can work across 5 days although there is flexibility to work from home (the ideal balance would be 2 days per week in the office/ 3 from home).
About You
You must have knowledge of the full end to end resourcing and talent acquisition process and be able to demonstrate experience of running recruitment campaigns through various channels including social media / LinkedIn talent solutions.
You are somebody who keeps up with external recruitment trends and developments and brings creative and innovative ideas to recruitment campaigns.
Whilst this role will operate at a management level/ grade, you will not have any direct reports and must be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and executing administrative duties such as posting adverts on job boards.
