We are seeking an L&D professional who has worked in a commercially focussed environment where you have created, developed and implemented a performance management system/ framework.
Our client has recently undergone an organisation-wide transformational change programme which has steered them from being a number of divisions which worked independently of one another, to something much more collaborative, digitally-focussed, and agile. With People firmly at the centre of this transformation, a significant amount of investment has taken place in the Human Resources team, leading to more robust People frameworks and processes, and a more positive employee experience.
In order to achieve the continued, planned growth, our Client is keen to hire a Learning & Development Partner who will own the delivery of cyclical Performance Management processes, and support in the design and delivery of the Performance Management strategy, principles and policy implementation across the Group.
You will bring experience of having launched and embedded performance management concepts and frameworks across an entire organisation.
Our client operates a truly agile working model, allowing for home and office working, to suit the needs of both employees and the team/ business. You would however be expected to meet up with colleagues in the larger northern offices from time to time so ideally you will be within a commutable distance of Manchester/ Leeds/ Sheffield.
