Fólk is partnering with an innovative, fast-paced, scaling business services business (under 500 employee headcount) as they look to appoint a Junior HR Business Partner to deliver a full service HR role in their new site in Manchester.
Reporting to a hugely supportive and engaging people leader, you will initially work from home for the first few week and then move into Manchester city centre offices working ideally 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.
This is a broad HR generalist role with lots of scope for career development however, particularly in the short term, there will still be an element of Employee Relations work so this would suit someone who’s Level 5 CIPD qualified and up to speed with upcoming changes in employment law. You could be a Senior HR Advisor looking to step into an operational Junior HRBP role, offering exposure to projects on things such as employee engagement and management development.
In order to success in this role, you'll need to be someone who is comfortable working at pace, enjoys working in a small, fun team and ideally, someone that is excited by the start-up nature of the role. This is a true generalist role covering all aspects of ER, Policy, Talent Management, L&D, Engagement, Reward, Recruitment, EDI etc.
Our Client has a strong workplace culture of openness and collaboration but they’re also working through a significant period of change as their dedicated HR function is relatively new within the organisation so there’s plenty to get your teeth stuck into. This is a role which will grow and evolve over the next few years.
We’re looking to speak to HR professionals who have a proactive attitude, strong stakeholder management skills and someone confident in their ability to coach managers & drive positive cultural change. You will need to be tech and data-savvy and have a high attention to detail.
