People & Culture Manager (Scarborough)

Following continued growth, our Scarborough PE backed client is recruiting a People & Culture Manager manager to develop and lead its HR function.

This role will form part of the senior leadership team, providing an opportunity for a self-starter to play a pivotal role in the growth of the business which is PE backed. 

Reporting directly to a very supportive leader,  this role has both a strategic and operational focus and would suit an HR generalist who is happy to operate in a hands-on capacity whilst equally contributing at a more tactical level. HR professionals who are used to working in a standalone role within an SME would be highly desirable. 

Our client currently has c 25 employees with plans for further growth. They have a fun and relaxed culture and are keen to recruit an HR professional who will become a trusted advisor to employees and Directors alike. They're looking for an engaging, personable and hardworking team player who likes to roll their sleeves up. A good sense of humour is a must too!

The role can be full time or part-time. This person can split their week between work and home as everyone works very flexibly.
