Payroll Administrator

Fólk is excited to be partnering with a fantastic York based business as they look to appoint a permanent Payroll Administrator.

Working alongside a supportive People team, you will be responsible for being the conduit between their Finance team and their external payroll provider.

Duties include: 

  • Collating and inputting all data relating to monthly employee changes including sickness, maternity, overtime and deduction to salary

  • Manage the payroll month to month and all associated queries and relationship with the external payroll provider.

  • Ensuring all monthly payroll changes are input with a high degree of accuracy

  • Maintaining records on their internal HR system

  • Enroll new starters and remote leavers from the pension scheme and manage contributions

  • Respond to any internal payroll enquiries

This is a great opportunity for anyone with a few years experience in Payroll that is looking for development.
