Key elements of the role include:
- Developing e-learning content and ensure seamless integration into the organisations Learning Platform.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create accurate and relevant learning material.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the learning platform's potential for employee engagement and learning impact.
- Audit and update existing leaning content to align with organisational priorities.
- Develop the content library within the platform in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date digital training materials within core learning paths.
- Develop reports and dashboards for the L&D team and stakeholders to share insights on training performance.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Excellent knowledge with a variety of Learning platforms
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, particularly the Articulate suite
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
