Fólk Recruitment is partnering with an amazing, inclusive, and fast-moving Non-profit based in the heart of London as they dive into an exciting period of change. They’re on the lookout for a passionate HR Ops Team Leader to join their HR team and help shape the future of their HR operations.
As the HR Ops Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a modern, streamlined HR service to their employees. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves driving change, and is ready to make a real impact, this is the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:

Leading the HR Ops team: You’ll be guiding a fab team of HR Administrators, creating a collaborative, high-energy atmosphere, and ensuring HR services run smoothly.

Enhancing HR processes: You’ll be reviewing and improving HR operations, finding innovative solutions that take things to the next level.

Payroll & data management: Partner with the finance team to ensure payroll data is accurate and processed on time.

Recruitment management: Oversee everything from job postings to interviews and onboarding, ensuring candidates have a seamless and professional experience.

Project involvement: Play a key role in their new HRIS implementation project and other exciting HR initiatives.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in HR operations: You’ve been in the game before, ideally with experience in payroll, process improvements, and recruitment in a fast-paced environment

Leadership skills: You know how to manage and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and solve problems before they even pop up.

Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with HR/ATS systems, Excel (advanced skills, especially for data and reports!), and have a keen eye for system changes and audits.

Solid HR knowledge: You know your stuff when it comes to employment law, best practices, and how HR processes should flow.

Organized & proactive: You love keeping everything on track, multitasking like a pro, and always staying ahead of the game.

This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to go permanent. Previous experience or exposure to working within a Non-Profit or Public Sector environment would be advantageous.
