We’re looking for an ambitious HR Advisor (min. level 3 CIPD), with a good understanding of HR practices/processes across the full employee life cycle, who is looking to develop their career in a management role.
The role of HR Operations Manager is a newly created role, with responsibility for a small team, to oversee the successful execution of all HR processes. In the role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR operations function, ensuring all HR processes and systems are efficient and effective, acting as a bridge between HR strategy to provide support to all employees.
Supported by a broader regional HR team, you will play a lead role in driving an efficient and optimal employee experience to all employees across the regional business, made up of c 500 employees. Based at the Bradford office, you will also be a key member of the local senior management team, working closely with/ acting as a sounding board to the Operations Manager.
In addition to providing a full HR Operations service, you will also support the Head of HR on local and global HR projects and act as the Employee Engagement Champion for the UK region.
