One of our wonderful Tech clients is looking to recruit a talented, enthusiastic and inspirational Head of People Operations to join their fast paced People team.
Reporting to a progressive and engaging CPO, this role will be based at their head office in sunny Leeds for a day or two a week (although they work very flexibly). This a great opportunity for you to work with a hugely diverse and forward thinking company. Huge growth agenda, with great development opportunities.
You will lead a team of HR professionals in business partnering the organisation, creating fit-for-purpose HR processes and systems, developing and executing their Reward strategy and much more!
Key Responsibilities:

Business partnering the organisation with a focus on OD and Talent/succession planning
-
Creation and execution of a compelling reward strategy, including pay and benefits framework

HR back office process mapping and re-engineering.

Creation of and maintaining performance development review cycle
-
Development of pay review and bonus approach/cycle
-
MI/reporting
-
Gender pay gap reporting
-
Engagement survey approach and implementation
-
ER case management - upskilling of People advisors and people managers and escalation for complex cases

Legal and regulatory compliance, including the governance of HR policies
What you’ll need:

- HR Generalist with complex ER cases management, OD and business partnering experience
